1 Liter NanoFlex Textile Coating Base

NanoFlex Textile Coating has been specially developed to permanently protect textiles against contamination. The coating can already be applied during the production of textiles, i.e. before it is made into a final product. But the coating can also be applied afterwards as a spray-on.

Ideal for fabric furniture, for example in project facilities where furniture is often used more intensively and the risk of contamination and stains is high. But of course it also works on linens, clothing, walk-in mats, rugs and more.

NanoFlex Textile Coating is a water-based product.

Quality classes: The range of coatings is divided according to the amount of workable substances in the formulation, ranging from Basic to Standard to Premium. Basic is diluted 1:39, Standard 1:19 and Premium 1:13, which means that Basic works excellently on less loaded surfaces (for example vertically placed surfaces) and Premium for heavily loaded and polluting surfaces.

Advantages:

NanoFlex Textile Coating offers versatility in repelling dirt, grease and water, thanks to its ability to form a hydrophobic and easy-to-clean (but invisible) layer on the textile fibers. It is an easy-to-use, water-based and non-harmful SiO2 coating, available in different strengths depending on application requirements.

NanoFlex Textile Coating is, among other things, Ökotex certified (ECO Passport) and UV-stable and non-migrating.

Application instructions:

Always read the technical specifications before use.
The surface must be clean, free of grease and wax, and dry.
Apply the correct amount of coating for optimal performance.
Take environmental factors into account such as temperature, wind and sunlight.
Always test the coating on the material to avoid surprises.
Wear protective clothing and equipment during application, although all our coatings are safe.
