NanoFlex Concrete & Stone Coating Base

NanoFlex Concrete & Stone coating Basic is an invisible nano coating for materials such as concrete, brick, natural stone, marlstone and terracotta. Treated surfaces acquire self-cleaning, hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, making it difficult or impossible for water, grease, dirt, moss, lichens and fungi to adhere.

The surface also becomes more resistant to freeze and thaw.

Quality classes: The range of coatings is divided according to the amount of workable substances in the formulation, ranging from Basic to Standard to Premium. Basic is diluted 1:39, Standard 1:19 and Premium 1:13, which means that Basic works excellently on less loaded surfaces (for example vertically placed surfaces) and Premium for heavily loaded and polluting surfaces.
The duration of protection is the same for all three under normal and equal circumstances and can be up to 10 years.

The coating is durable against weather influences, chemical influences and wear due to use and is suitable for new and existing buildings, monuments, statues, stairs, paving stones and paving.

This coating is water-based and VOC and PFAS-free, safe and easy to apply.

Application instructions:

Clean the surface to obtain optimal results: remove coarse and visible contamination. For dirty outdoor surfaces, first perform a high-pressure or steam cleaning and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Application of coating: Under dry conditions and at temperatures from 3 to 30 degrees.
Spray/mist the NanoFlex coating evenly and directly onto the surface until it is saturated (see consumption per m2 in regulations!). Application can also be done using a roller. Complete drying takes place after 24 hours.
