Wall protection against moisture, dirt and mold.

Almost all damage to building materials is caused by moisture entering. Building materials are often porous and allow water and pollutants to enter. This can cause damage such as corrosion, efflorescence and freeze and thaw damage.

It is important to prevent water ingress to prevent damage. One way to do this is by using a product called Infusion. This product penetrates deep into the material and protects it against moisture, while the material can still 'breathe', which, for example, prevents salt accumulation, which fits perfectly with antiquities such as historical heritage, statues/sculptures made of mineral raw materials, old masonry and more.

Infusion consists of molecules that penetrate deeply, adhere and provide long-lasting protection. It prevents water (and salt) from penetrating the material and provides protection against harmful effects such as UV degradation and wear/erosion. It can be used on various building materials without changing the surface, and can even be painted over.

Infusion can be applied according to various standards, including TL/TP OS-A of ZTV SIB 90 and EN 1504-2. It can also be used as part of specific concrete protection systems according to EN 1504-9.

Suitable for various mineral substrates: Particularly effective on materials with low porosity such as bricks, concrete, terracotta,
Simple application: Applied with a nebulizer, depending on the absorption capacity of the substrate.
Versatility: Infusion is suitable for use on carbonated or aged concrete after a drying period of 5 days. This makes the product flexible in application, even on concrete surfaces already affected by carbonation or other forms of wear.
Also very suitable for protecting old masonry and old statues/sculptures due to the specific effect that prevents the accumulation of salts.
Conditions for application:

Surface preparation: Surfaces must be clean, free of grease and dry, preferably cleaned with high-pressure or steam cleaning.
Temperature: Suitable temperatures for application are between 3° and +30°C.
Avoid contact with water: Avoid contact between the product and water, both before and during application.
Weather conditions: Avoid application during strong wind or rain.
Application method: Apply Infusion by spreading a liquid film evenly over the surface using a nebulizer. Ensure that spray equipment is thoroughly cleaned after use. Read the instructions carefully!
Quantity: Provide sufficient liquid to allow several seconds of contact between the film and the surface, consumption is 130 -300 ml/m2 (depending on porosity).
Unsuitable surfaces: Not suitable for non-absorbent surfaces such as glass, hardwood, plastics and metal.
Plant protection: Protect plants adjacent to the area to be treated.
Asphalt: Do not apply to asphalt.
Application of Infusion:

Infusion provides porous and mineral surfaces with an invisible and water-repellent impregnation. For best results, it is recommended to first treat a sample surface to determine compatibility and correct volume. Spray or roll the product liberally onto the surface without applying pressure (see instructions for use). The coating works optimally after approximately 24 hours and fully hardens after 5 days.
